At Rail Recruit (UK) ltd we will support you through every step, with CV tips and interview advice, pre-interview briefings and post-interview feedback. We want to get a complete picture of your work history, skills and experience so we can find you the right job not just "another" job. Even if you are just starting out, we want to hear your aspirations and goals and help you get there.
Once you are registered and referenced, we will be working hard to find you a suitable assignment or the perfect placement as soon as possible.
When we've found "the" assignment or placement for you we will give you a call to go through the details and make sure you're happy and available. We would not submit your CV to a client without speaking to you first unless you give us prior permission to do so. If the temporary assignment is what you're looking for, then we'll confirm your details to the client but at no stage would you be obligated to fulfil a booking that you are not happy about. If the permanent vacancy is just what you are looking for then we will make sure that it matches your skills and requirements. We will then arrange the interview and go from there.
All we ask of you is your commitment to communicate any changes in your circumstances so that we can offer a professional service to our clients. So if you’re after a new career or just some temporary work to tide you over, we can find the role that’s right for you.
